Ich liebe das Zeug über alles...aber dann bitte kein son Fusel wie Jack Daniels.

Ich bevorzuge Glenfiddich 12 und 18 year old, welchen ich dann am liebsten als Classic Cut trinke...also 2cl Glennfiddich in ein Whiskeyglas, mit Mineralwasser auffüllen und 2 Eiswürfel dazu - so kommt der Geschmack am besten raus und man kann wirklich Feinheiten durchschmecken.

Obwohl ich doch auch manchmal für son schnelles Whiskey Coke gemisch auch mal Jim Bean oder sowas nehme, denn dafür is nen 18 Jahre alter einfach zu schaade... und zu teuer

Hmm... ich würd mich zwar als blutigen Whiskey-Anfänger bezeichnen, aber angetan haben es mir die Tropfen schon... kenne bis jetzt nur ne kleine Auswahl und am besten gefallen aht mir der Kilbeggan, ist ein irischer und verdammt sanft. Najo dann kenn ich noch Jim Beam, den aber meistens mit Cola odwohl man dafür meines erachtens auch den schottischen aussem Aldi nehmen kann. (Nein, bitte nicht steinigen.)

Ahjo, noch was: Was könnt ihr mir denn empfehlen was ich mir mal anschafen sollte... Für nen Anfänger und das Budgett eines Schüler beachten ;)

Von so ganz günstigem würde ich dir abraten.
Der schmeckt nach meinen Erfahrungen sehr bescheiden.

Und den meisten Anfängern schmeckt nach meiner Erfahrung ein Blend eh viel besser.

Ich habe bisher ca 600 Euro in meine Homebar investiert um gescheit Cocktails shaken zu koennen und seit kurzem habe ich meine Liebe fuer den Whiskey entdeckt.

Sehr fein finde ich den Glenmorangie. Gabs kuerzlich in Muenchen am Flughafen fuer 26 Euro/1 Liter, konnte ich leider nicht mehr ergattern. Ansonsten trinke ich auch noch gerne den Glennfiddich Special Reserve und meine absoluen Lieblinge sind die Laphroaig Whiskeys. Sehr eigener Geschmack, aber wunderbarst. Ich habe hier den 10 Years Single Malt und den '93er Cask, der mich aber doch ein wenig Geld gekostet hat. Dafuer gibts davon nicht mal 200 Flaschen weltweit.

Nun, momentan versuche ich mich einzuschraenken, da ich auch noch andere Hobbies habe. :D

Vielleicht sollte ich noch erwaehnen, dass ich ausschließliche Single-Malt oder Cask Whiskeys kauf.

Sowas wie Walker oder so. Baeh. Wobei aeltere Sachen von denen sind ned uebel :D

hmm wundert mich warum noch keiner den macallan single malt genannt hat :D .

Meiner meinung nach ein sehr guter, wenn auch nicht gerade günstiger whisky (aber darauf kommt es beim genuss ja doch nicht an...).

Mein "liebster" ist bisher Gentleman Jack....quasi der edelableger von Jack Daniel´s No.7.

Bourbons kann ich gar nicht ab - noch schlimmer waren da bisher eigentlich nur Jonny Walker Red Label. Statt darür Kohle rauszuschmeißen hole ich mir dann doch lieber Havanna Club oder ähnliches....

Grundregel: Alles, was eine höhere "Güte" als Jacky besitzt darf nicht mit Cola verpanscht werden...dafür gibts einfach günstigeres :evil:

Süß, wenn du keinen Alkohol verträgst, dann trink keinen - aus basta! :D

Jack kann ich nicht ab, auch nicht den Gentleman....irgendwie kommt fast bloß Fusel aus Amerika.

@ska-smoke: Der Laphroaig ist ein sehr anspruchsvoller aber genial guter Whiskey, viel Spaß damit! (kommt von der direkten Salzluft und dem krassen Islay Torf)

ich weiß aber da ich anfänger in sachen whisky bin wird der wahrscheinlich zu anspruchsvoll sein ich denke ich werde heute mal den aberlour probieren der soll gut sein für anfänger.
kanst du mir noch weitere empfehlen??

edit: hab mir gerade ein kleines gläschen genemigt (nur 2cl zum probieren)

riechen tut er sehr caramel toffe ähnlich
schmecken tut er leicht ruchig ein wenig torf kann ich auch schmecken
und er ist trocken im hals
der abgang ist das beste man merkt richtig wie er runter geht dannach bleibt ein trockenes gefühl in mund und hals und man schmeck das fass in dem er gelagert wurde
war mein erster single malt und ich finde ihn ganz gut

Kenn mich mit Whiskey nicht so aus, aber im Sommer trink ich doch gerne mal n Jacky on the Rocks oder mit Cola (bitte nich verprügeln) auf der Terrasse zum chillen ;)
Aber wirklich nur selten, weils eben n besionderer Geschmack für besondere Situationen is ;)

Jaaa, auch das grab ich aus ... Hab hier grade "Dimple" gefunden, 12 years old, steht aber ~9 Jahre bei uns rum, ist also alt genug. Kann mich mal jemand aufklären? Ist das jetzt was besseres als die gängigen Supermarktsachen?
