Hi, well the Khalil Mamoon is a handmade Egyptian hookah/shisha

Fortunately we are lucky enough to get them here in the US. They provide a really great draw and tight seal. They are a very good smoker, and work really well! I use one in most of my videos at http://www.youtube.com/hookahpro

What was so bad was that I HATE the New York Giants! and they were the team to ruin their perfect record! arrrgggg

I would really like to try those coals! I can't find them here, I found anotherr coconut coal, but they are smaller then these. They are about 1 inch by 1 inch , they look to be about the size of Japanese Coals.

If these coals you recommend ever become available here, I will definitely get some! Thanks for the tip!

You want to be sure to put the coals on the outter edge. DON"T put them in the middle, you will burn your tobacco for sure! Check out my How To Setup A Hookah and you will see where I place my coals on that small phunnel bowl.

I would try 3 coals with that bowl, and place them on the outter edges ... that way you don't project to much heat directly on the tobacco and more spread the heat around the entire bowl. Hope that helps!

I like to use Starbuzz, Al Fakher, Nakhla, Hookah Hookah, Romman, Havana, Sahara, Fusion, Layalina and I also like to try ones that are hard to find, I am still looking for a brand called Al Buhturi that Hajo gave me as a sample, it is a very traditional Syrian mu'essel, which the Syrians claim is the first commercially made mu'essel. if anybody can help me find it I would be much appreciative!

I am pretty much up for anything But most of the time I stick to the ones I have listed above.

The shisha on the top is done but the tobacco under it is still wet. Do you use it again or do you throw it away? We don't understand that. Smoking like that is easy but you waste the good shisha. I mean SB is expensive in US too.

I hate to say, that sometimes I just throw it away I am too lazy to pick out the "still wet stuff"
... BUT most of the time, I burn through all the tobacco, I place my coals on the outter edge and I think that gives a more even burn. It heats up the bowl, and smokes the bottom, top, and edges. Most times when i clean my bowl out the tobacco is like a hockey puck! I have been using smaller bowls, and when I use those, I burn through all the tobacco, none left over so then none goes to waste!

We get the tobacco for a cheaper cost here ... so I do tend to use about the same amount when I am using that particular head (it holds 25 grams). I do have smaller heads too though, that I use for tobacco when I am getting low amounts of tobacco left

I only use 1 layer of foil on that large head, on the smaller heads I can use 1 or two layers. I actually made a video for this site ... that I will show how I pack a small head for maximum results! I did it for all you guys that have to pay a lot of money for tobacco, or for dry tobaccos. I will post it here and on my youtube account soon!
