    So today to my surprise without any updates on my status I recieved a package from the company. But first the diffuser set ordered was missing, then the replacment tobacco for sherzade cardamon was also not there and instead of 1 kg of kaugummi i recieved 5 packs of 200 g kaugummi, which is not what I ordered. The price of getting 1 kg is 49 euros and for getting 5 200 g packets is 12.90*5. This is a kind of bluff and an example of malpractise and poor service. We should only order from this shop with nachname, which still wil not help with incomplete orders. So this shop can be avoided as they never reply to emails, do not update status, the statusbar of the availabilty of products is wrong.

    Ok so here is my story, I was looking for a shop which had arabica 250g cool blue flavour and searched various online shop but did not find any. Then I came across this shop and though they did not have that flavour, but they had the second best thing, 1 kg of nakhla mizo. So I ordered a month worth of supplies and paid via sofort überweisung. I generally order from shisha-nil and relaxshop which are perfect shops. When I order from relaxshop they have the same payment option and the order is processed and sent imediately.
    Hence I expected the same from this shop as the website looked attractive. But then nothing happened my status was still open and on wednesday they said in a reply to my email that the money has been recieved, however the items were not shipped on the same day. Then on thursday I get an email that nakhla sherzade cardamon was unavailable and I should pick some other flavour from the option they gave me, I picked cola and then waited for the status to change.
    Unfortunately I was not aware of the reputation of this company at the time I ordered and then read the comments here! I thought that maybe now they have improved and will ship my goods on friday or saturday. But then no change in status and no reply to emails or phone.
    Then I decided to be firm with this idiotic behaviour and wrote to them to either send the order if they have all the other items in store or consider the item to be cancelled and return the money in this current week. I gave them till monday to send the items as this would have already given them 7 days to ship the goods. However, as I expected, no reply and today then I finally told them to consider the order as cancelled and transfer the money in my bank account otherwise I would have to go to the polizei for money recovery and if the do not reply by tommorow I will file for mahnantrag to get my money as according to their shipping policy the order can be cancelled in 14 days without giving reason and the benifits to both parties should be surrendered which means me returning the items and they returning the money. Since I did not recieve the items and cancelled it I am entitled to get my money back.
    So this has been my terrible experience with this very very poor shop after shopping with great shops like shisha-nil,relaxshop and shisha-oase. I will just try to persuade these shops to get the required flavours and would like to warn any potential customers of this shop to beware of their forgery nature and the promise of top service on their website to be unfounded and completly false.

    Havan special apfel just went bad they have started adding some chemical in their apples, both the bahreni apfel and special apfel make me sick when I smoke them. SO unfortunately I have to throw them now! I am hearing that arabica is good so will try that, have already ordered dreifachapfel, which i tasted once in speyer and was good. Even al waha is good in apple flavours, dont really like their new additions of istanbul night and cairo mix, they smell like puky!!!

    Some nakhla tabak maybe dry but when mixed with molasses they smoke perfect, adding to the nakhla tobacoo of above list I have nakhla mandarin and nakhla pistazie, their flavour is really intense and with molasses make a great smoke!

    yeah but some tobacos must be rejected completely, as they are so bad and one should not waste any money on them. However if we have some good tobaco then one can choose depending on the taste as long as he is sure to get the taste and the duration of smoke he paid for. What do you think about the new doobacco?

    So i want people to list here the best shisha tobacco they have smokef in germany, because of the law of 5% wettness they are not as moist as they should be but some of them when mositened with the molasses become excellent. To start the list:
    Nakhla mizo bubble gum
    Nakhla sherzade cardamon
    Havanna special grapes
    Thats it, al fakher till now is no good than the rest, so no sense in paying more for something you can get for less, doobacco can be excellent at times too, its definately not bad when smoked 5-10 grams in a phunnel bowl with two cocobricos charcoal and wind protector, it is actuall good. So

    Wann ist Al-Fakher Kardamom oder Nakhla sherzade Kardamon kommen? Ich rauchte Al Fakher Kaugummi aber Nakhla Mizo ist viel feuchter. Wenn Sie dieses kann ich Nakhla Mizo Kaugummi, Nakhla sherzade Kardamom um / Al Fakher Kardamom, Al Fakher Granatapfel und vieles mehr auf einem großen Wochenende im November.


    ( When is al fakher cardamon or nakhla sherzade cardamon coming? I smoked al fakher chewing gum but nakhla mizo chewing gum is much wetter, hence am looking forward to see that in the shop. When yo have nakhla mizo chewing gum, nakhla sherzade/al fakher cardamon, then can order big with some other al fakher flavours like al fakher pomegranate and more in a big weekend in november. )
