Help choosing tobacco and website

No I don't know about english forums but 6 months ago there was an english guy and he asked for an english section in this forum. So I think, there is no english hookah forum existing.
There are american forums, but i dont't know address or information about it.

well buddy dont worry about it....the thing George (the guy from hc.com) is gonna do is that he puts a very low "declared value" on the package...for example you order something for 90€...but george will only put "declared value of contents" to like 20-30€....so if they check your package, open it and realise that the content is "shisha tabacco" they might nag you and tell you to pay taxes for it....but as I said the declared value is only around 20-30€ so they wont charge you too much....I tried it and it works fine ! But ensure to choose airshipping...it takes about 2 weeks and it's easy as pie...
