Tutorial für die Kaya Vortex Bowl by simba

Hey,
Ich möchte euch hier mal ein kleines Tut zur Kaya Vortex Bowl vorstellen.

Befüllen:
Zuerst wird der Kopf 1/2 gefüllt, locker reinlegen, ungefähr auf Höhe der im Mod sitzenden Löcher. Danach kontrollieren, dass die Löcher nicht von Tabak verstopft sind.



Lochung:
Nun spannt man 3-4 Lagen normale Alufolie oder 2 Lagen syrische Alufolie über den Kopf.
Diese locht man in einem Streifen. Nach Außen lässt man 0,5 cm zum Rand und in der Mitte in der Größe eines 20-Cent-Stücks frei.



Die Kohle:
Nun kommen 3/2 Bricos obenrauf. Wichtig! Solange durchglühen lassen bis sie eine weiße Ascheschicht besitzen. Die glatte Fläche des halbierten Brico anpusten, so dass die Asche weg ist und auf die Alufolie legen.
Das Teilen der Kohle scheint für viele sehr lästig. Jedoch lohn es sich meiner Meinung nach. 1. man spart Kohle 2. man bekommt fetteren Rauch als mit 2 Bricos und 3. der Tabak brennt nicht so schnell an wie bei 3 ganzen Bricos.
Ich habe zum Teilen eine Astschere benutzt, geht ruckzuck und die Kanten brechen glatt ab. Wer zum Thema Kohleteilen Fragen hat, hier findet ihr ein Tut dazu: Cocobricos/Cocochas richtig und schnell halbieren.






Anrauchen:
Zum Anrauchen benötigt man eigentlich keinen Windschutz, wem es zu lange dauert kann natürlich mit Windschutz anrauchen.

Rauchen:
Wenn ihr angeraucht hab, schiebt die Kohle weiter an den Rand, da sich der Kopf schnell aufheizt. Wenn der Kopf zu heiß wird Kohle weiter nach Außen rücken, die Kohlen dürfen ruhig überstehen.
Die Rauchdauer ist natürlich nicht so lage wie bei Tower-, Phunnel, oder Powerbowl. Aber dazu ist sie auch nicht gedacht.
Man benötigt wenig Tabak, wenig Kohle aber bekommt fetten Rauch und intensiven Geschmack.

Ich hab das ganze mit 6 Lagen Alu und 3 normalen (ganzen) Bricos probiert, so haste eine deutlich längere Rauchzeit, dafür verdoppelt sich nattürlich auch wieder der Kohleverbrauch, muss man schauen obs einem das Wert ist.
Aber bei 7€ für 3kilo Bricos...

Sehr schönes Setup auf jedenfall, hast wohl ein Händchen für sowas Simba ;)

@strat: wenn du dir meinen post richtig durchgelesen hättest, dann hättets du gelesen, dass 3 bricos zu heiß sind. hab ich ausprobiert ;)

@chrisid0707: fürn phunnel bräuchtest du aber 4/2 da reichen 3/2 nicht aus

@BadischByNature: das mit der längeren rauchzeit stimmt nicht ;), denn es passt zu wenig tabak in den kopf um noch länger zu rauchen. mit windschutz knuspert bei mir der tabak komplett durch. also sind 3 ganze bricos totale verschwendung.
