Hi

Was haltet ihr von Whisk(e)y

Ich bin leidenschaftlicher Whisky liebhaber obwohl ich das Zeugs früher gehasst habe.

Ich bevorzuge schottische Whiskys

Hauptsächlich Single Malts *sind leider Arschteuer*

Aber ich trinke auch gerne mal ein Blend

Und was mögt ihr lieber ?
Lieber ein amer. Whiskey oder einen schottischen oder gar einen irischen?

Von den Sorten bin ich von dem Glen Moray 12J und dem Teacher's Blend sehr angetan.

Der Glen Moray ist ein leckerer , kräftiger Single Malt der jedoch nicht zu extremen Tendenzen neigt.

Der Teacher's ist ein schmackhafter Blend , der durch einen günstigen Preis(10€) und dennoch guten Geschmack überzeugt.
Ausserdem hat der für einen Blend ein hohen Malt Anteil.

Also ich kann beide nur empfehlen , wobei der Teacher's eher was für den Einsteiger ist.
Dadruch das er ein Blend ist , ist er viel "runder"

Und welche Whiskys trinkt ihr gerne?

Der beste Whisky, den ich je getrunken hab, war lavagulin.

Ansonsten trink ich gerne mal Glen morray oder Glen Fiddich. Von blended whiskys halte ich persönlich nichts.

Heißt zwar Blends wären was für Anfänger aber es gibt trotzdem gute.
Ich hab inzwischen beides schätzen gelernt.
Deshalb kann ich dir nur empfehlen mal einen Blend a la Teacher's zu probieren.

Finde z.b bei Party's e.t.c Blend's viel angebrachter.

Ausserdem sind Blend's nicht umbedingt schlechter.


Singe Malt's sind wie ein Farbe, um der es um die Einzigartigkeit geht.

Blend's sind hingegen ein Gemälde, in dem es um die Gesamtheit und Harmonie geht.

Mein Lieblings Whisky in der bezahlbaren Preisklasse ist eindeutig der Jim Bean... ich find ihn geil weil er halt so ne süße hat...!

Zum mixen mit Cola nehm ich eigentlich nur Jack Daniels, bei den oben genannten wäre es einfach zu schade um den guten Whisky.

Ich mag gerne Glenfiddich allerdings den 12 years für so.

Den Solera für bessere Anlässe (15 years)..DER ISS HAMMER weil er noch in Shery Fässern lag.

Johnnie Walker BLACK label ist gut

Ich werde mir jetzt noch einen BLUE Label Johnnie zulgen...der schlägt allerdings mit rund 100.-€ zur Kasse

Ich steh voll auf Scapa, der is für nen Whiskey relativ mild.
Ansonsten is Glenfiddich sicherlich auch nicht zu verachten.
Werd demnächst (also nachm Abi) mal mitn paar kumpels nen Whiskey-Abend machen an dem wir bis jetz hochgerechnet ca. 8 verschiedene Whiskeys verkosten werden *freu*

Also ich trinke am liebsten Jim Beam mit Cola. Schmeckt einfach am besten. Pur schmeckt diesere zwar nicht so, aber im mix perfekt.

Also ich trink sehr sehr gerne Scapa und Tyrconell. Ansonsten hab ich grade auch einen Chivas Regal auf dem Sideboard stehen, auch mal ganz nett.

Ansonsten schon viel probiert, am intensievsten war aufjedenfall der Lagavulin... einen so torfigen geschmack gibts sonst nicht.

hi,

also ich trinke sowohl irische als auch schottische.
Meine Standards sind hier der Paddy und der Chivas Regal.

Bourbon ist normalerweisse nicht so meine Sache, der Woodford Reserve hat es mir aber trotzdem angetan.

Bester irischer ist meiner Meinung nach der Black Bush von Bushmills.
Bei den schottischen find ich den Glenmorangie und den Oban sehr gut, gar nicht gefallen hat mir der Laphroaig.
Der beste whiskey den ich je getrunken hab ist der Chivas Royal Salute. Echt ein spitzen Whiskey, einfach ein hammer geschmack. Aber 100€ für eine Flasche sind einfach zu viel um den öfters zu trinken.

Juhu, ein Whiskey Thread :)

Ich liebe das Zeug über alles...aber dann bitte kein son Fusel wie Jack Daniels.

Ich bevorzuge Glenfiddich 12 und 18 year old, welchen ich dann am liebsten als Classic Cut trinke...also 2cl Glennfiddich in ein Whiskeyglas, mit Mineralwasser auffüllen und 2 Eiswürfel dazu - so kommt der Geschmack am besten raus und man kann wirklich Feinheiten durchschmecken.
Ich bin schwul, ich bin jüdisch und ein Kommunist dazu, ich bin schwarz und behindert doch genauso Mensch wie Du.
Ich bin hochintelligent und doch so doof wie Sauerkraut, ich bin schön, ich bin häßlich, ich bin fett und gut gebaut.
