Mails an thehookah.com zwecks Rückmeldung kommen nicht an

    Ich habe eine Email von thehookah.com erhalten, weil der bestellte Tabak aktuell nicht vorhanden ist, in der ich gefragt wurde, ob ich die Bestellung ändern möchte, oder ein wenig warten will, bis der Tabak wieder da ist.
    Mein problem ist, dass ich keine Mail an die Emailadresse schreiben kann. Es kommen Fehler-Mails zurück, die dies bekräftigen.


    Hier ein Beispiel:

    Ich kann somit nicht antworten und hätte die Frage, ob hier schon wer das Problem hatte und mir irgendwie helfen kann...wäre dringend.

    das Problem scheint ja eine volle Mailbox zu sein. Dagegen kannst Du von Deiner Seite aus nichts machen.


    Du könntest alternativ hierhin mailen: *klick*, in der Hoffnung, dass das an ein andres Postfach geht.


    Oder Du rufst an, die meisten Shops in den USA und in GB sind total nett und haben auch Verständnis, dass man als Ausländer ned so gut Englisch spricht.
